Introduction
This guide shows you how to link and unlink a FuturePass with your Candy account when you have more than one FuturePass.
ℹ️ Note: If you only have one FuturePass and want it unlinked from a Candy account, reach out to support and we can handle that for you.
How to link an existing FuturePass to your Candy account
Go to Candy.io and sign in to your FuturePass using your preferred method (email, social media, or web3 wallet).
When prompted with the Link Your Candy Account window, select “Have a Candy account?”
Enter the email address and password associated with your Candy account.
Click “Sign In.”
You’re all set! Now you should have a FuturePass associated with that Candy account.
You can now log out and repeat this process with a different FuturePass if you want to link it to your Candy account.
ℹ️ Note: You can link multiple FuturePasses to one Candy account, but only one Candy account can be linked to a FuturePass at a time.
How to unlink a FuturePass from your Candy account
ℹ️ Note: You must have at least one FuturePass linked to your Candy account at all times. In order to unlink a FuturePass from your Candy account you need to have another FuturePass. If you only have one FuturePass, please reach out to support and we will handle unlinking that FuturePass for you.
Log into your account and head to https://www.candy.io/settings/futurepass
Click ‘Disconnect’ next to the FuturePass you wish to remove.
Ensure you have correctly selected the FuturePass you wish to remove before confirming.
ℹ️ Note: You cannot unlink the FuturePass that you are currently logged into.
Congrats! You have successfully removed your FuturePass from your Candy account and are free to connect it to any Candy account of your choosing.
