How soon will migration start, and will mint numbers stay the same?

Are we able to merge accounts? If so, how do we do so?
​Per our Terms of Service, only one account is allowed per user. We understand that multiple accounts can sometimes be created by mistake, and in those cases, we can help merge them. What is the cost of migrating to FV?
​There is no cost to you for the migration.

What will happen to the temporarily locked accounts?
​We are currently evaluating this and will provide updates as soon as we’re able.

​Our KYC requirements will remain the same post migration.

​Your existing KYC status will remain valid. The migration is set to begin at the end of May.

Do we have to move to another ecosystem/site once the migration is complete or will our assets remain accessible on Candy?
​Your assets will remain accessible on the Candy platform.

What's the main immutable account data that is saved into the system from the Futureverse's perspective - is it the email address that we have in Candy.io right now or is it the username or is it the linked Metamask address or the Futureverse address?
​That’s entirely up to you. You’ll decide which identifiers to use when you complete the FuturePass workflow.

Do I need to create a Futureverse account? And when does this need to be done?
​You don’t need to create a Futureverse account right away, but you will be prompted to do so as new features like self-custody become available. More timing details will be shared as the rollout continues.

I already have a FuturePass account linked to a MetaMask wallet. I’d prefer if my Candy account was linked to a fresh wallet, to make sure there’s no risk of a dormant threat in my current wallet. Is that possible?
​You can register multiple wallets and choose which one to link when you log in with your FuturePass.

I already have a candy account. After migration, do I have to re-KYC my account?
​No, the current KYC rules will remain in place. If your account is already KYC-verified, there’s no need to repeat the process.

With sales and balances remaining on Candy.io do we HAVE to create a Futureverse account?
​You will be prompted to create a Futureverse account as new features roll out, but your Candy balance will remain accessible on Candy.io either way.

What if you already have an FV account?
​If you’ve already signed up for a Futureverse account, we will seamlessly link your accounts.

Will we be able to migrate Candy products on OpenSea ie Stadiums, Lous, to FV? And if so, what will the costs incurred be?
​We are evaluating interoperability options, including cross-platform migration and associated costs. More details will be shared once confirmed.

Will we be able to self custody our NFTs via a ledger or other cold storage wallet?
​Yes, Self-Custody via a ledger or cold storage wallet is part of our longer-term roadmap.

What happens to unopened packs during migration?
​Unopened packs will remain sealed during and after the migration.

During the transition will sealed packs be automatically opened like the last transition or will they remain sealed and unopened?
​All sealed packs will remain unopened. There will be no automatic pack openings during this migration.

Will the Netflix collectibles make the transition to Futureverse?
​Yes, Netflix and all Candy collectibles will be included in the migration to Futureverse.

Do packs need to be opened in order to have self custody/ be tradable on other marketplaces (e.g. Tradeverse)? No
